28 Day Challenge Day 9 & 10

       Day 9 already. It’s Saturday and I had a very relaxing morning until I did my workout. It was a killer and I killed it!!!! Chris from the Transform App called it a real Grinder. It’s 7 rounds of 10 Burpees, 15 Sit-ups, and 50 High Knees. I took a video when I was done and you can find it on instagram at  Milk and Honey Acres. But I still had to do my Accelerator and that I did and I killed it. My best time yet. I must have recovered from my sluggishness from the last two days and got  a burst of energy I was not expecting. Maybe my second wind as some people say. But regardless I am so proud of myself , I broke my record thus far and it feels great.

      You can just see the sweat dripping off my face, but a thumbs up to victory lol! For breakfast today I had a fruit bowl with nuts and seeds on top . For lunch I made a scrumptious Taco Salad. It was so good and tasted awesome. I am really loving all the food. 

      Tomorrow is Sunday and  another busy day. So I will start off early to get my Accelerator and 3 miles in first thing in the morning. Then it’s chores with the chickens and then get ready for church. So I will write more tomorrow night  or might have to wait until Monday. 

      Day10 already, it’s a flying by. Today’s exercise went well. I only had the Accerator to do, so no extra exercises. I ate a fruit salad this morning with chia, hemp,sunflower and pumpkin seeds on top and also put some 3 bean chilli in the slow cooker. I made a full pot of it with tons of veggies to last for a few meals. Lunch was mixed salad greens topped with the chilli with avocado on top. Another easy creation with all whole foods!     Another week just flying by, I just pray the pounds will be flying bye too lol. It was a great start and then it has slowed down a lot. I just want to see my weight drop into the 160’s this week. It has fluctuated up and down for the last five days and I pray it’s now at the place where it will drop. I need to realize that I must trust this process, and not be discouraged but encouraged. I am not gaining or going backwards which I am thankful for. The weight will come off and I will continue doing little steps each and every day.                                                                     May you be blessed abundantly, Love Megan Elaine
