Day10 already, it’s a flying by. Today’s exercise went well. I only had the Accerator to do, so no extra exercises. I ate a fruit salad this morning with chia, hemp,sunflower and pumpkin seeds on top and also put some 3 bean chilli in the slow cooker. I made a full pot of it with tons of veggies to last for a few meals. Lunch was mixed salad greens topped with the chilli with avocado on top. Another easy creation with all whole foods!
